Position Overview:

We're seeking a driven Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager to amplify our business potential. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the daily sales operations, creating strategies that propel success.
• Foster an atmosphere of encouragement, providing guidance to our real estate agents and ensuring their professional development.
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies, aiming to exceed our growth targets.
• Address client concerns with tact and efficiency, maintaining our high standard of client satisfaction.
• Be a representative of our company within the community, engaging in networking and relationship-building activities.
• Review and approve all contracts and documentation related to property transactions.
• Collaborate with legal and other relevant departments to mitigate potential risks.
• Evaluate sales activities and the performance of the sales team, instigating improvement strategies where necessary.

Qualifications:

• Active real estate brokers or sales license in Virginia.
• Minimum of 7 years of real estate experience, with 1+ years in a sales management role.
• Comprehensive understanding of real estate laws, practices, and industry trends.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Stellar communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven abilities in networking, social networking, and community engagement.
• Demonstrable track record of sales growth and agent development.
• Aptitude for multitasking and proactive problem-solving.
• A strong handle on computer utilization and programs
